Peter Blais
Entrepreneur, investor, and builder.
I build companies for people who care deeply about what they buy. That's the through-line across everything I do — from performance automotive parts to the broader portfolio I'm assembling.
I'm the CEO of Integrated Engineering (iE), a company I've built over 19+ years into one of the most trusted names in VW and Audi performance. We design and manufacture a full ecosystem of performance upgrades — hardware, software, and ECU tuning — all engineered in-house, all tested on our own cars first. The enthusiast community isn't just our market; it's where we came from.
In 2024, we launched Xodus, a new subsidiary targeting the Ford EcoBoost and F-150/Raptor platforms. Same engineering obsession, new platform, new community.
I run the companies on EOS with a custom strategy layer built on top — converting the 3-year picture into measurable OKRs, pressure-testing quarterly rocks against long-term trajectory using AI, and treating strategy as a separate ongoing discipline rather than an annual offsite exercise.
I'm an active AI advocate in operations — but in the Toyota/Kaizen mold, not the Klarna mold. Small, systematic deployments that find the edges before scaling. Every efficiency creates capacity for the next thing we want to build.
I'm an experienced race car driver. The same passion that drives our product development puts me behind the wheel on track. Understanding performance at the limit isn't theoretical — it's visceral. It informs every engineering decision we make.
I'm also a pilot — I fly a Mooney. The precision, systems thinking, and risk management that aviation demands map directly to how I think about building companies.
I love learning and adventure. That's why I'm a skier, diver, pilot, mountain biker, race car driver, AI enthusiast, and engineer — always chasing the next thing that makes me think differently.
